How it works

At the counter
Staff look up the customer by name, phone or card code, type what they spent, and tap Give. Perkonova works out the points and shows a confirm screen before anything is saved.
On your customer's phone
Each customer gets a card with your logo and colours. It opens from the emails you send, and they can add it to their home screen.
In your dashboard
Your dashboard shows today at a glance: points given, rewards redeemed, new sign-ups and a total for each location, then every transaction in order.

Pick your colours, upload a logo and set your rewards, like "300 points = free gel top coat". 30-day free trial.
Each staff member gets their own 6-digit PIN. They give points from a tablet or phone you already have, so there's no hardware to buy.
Customers scan your QR code to join. We'll give you your own QR code to put up in your shop. Staff can also add customers at the counter.
Features
What each part of Perkonova does, and who uses it.
Set rewards customers claim with points, bonus points for slow hours or for coming back sooner, a welcome bonus, referral bonuses, cash discounts and announcements. You choose the days and times each one runs.
Every customer with their points, visits and last visit. Staff find anyone by name, email, the last 4 digits of their phone, or card code.
Upload your logo, pick two brand colours, and add your website or booking link. A live preview shows the card as you edit.
Send news and offers to customers who agreed to hear from you. Every email has its own unsubscribe link, handled for you.
Add each store and see its points and redemptions on your dashboard. Staff sign in with their own PIN, so every transaction shows who made it.
Customers can export or delete their data, or stop marketing emails, on their own at my.perkonova.com.
